Need help to choose right lower

Hi ya all AR experts,
Because of Obama effect, I'm thinking about getting this AR 15 .223 lower,
But there are so many to choose from.
I have 20" Colt upper in 1 in 7 twist with flash hider bought it 10 years ago.
So I think it is about time for me to finish the project.
Are these upper shares the same parts ?
or is one better then the others ?

Almost any lower will do from a reputable company. Colt is a great upper. Find out what lowers are currently stocked at shops in your area...report back with what they have and we can help you choose based on that.

It will be cheaper for you to find one locally. Contact J&J in Santa Anna, I think they have some in stock. OC Armory probably does too.

Stay with a good name brand. Other than that milspec is milspec. By what you can get your hands on with in those guidelines. IMO

I have Noveske, AFM (x2), Spikes and SA.

I don't think you will randomly buy a .308 lower for a 5.56 upper.

check it over to make sure the areas around the trigger guard and the pivot pen aren't bent to be safe i guess.

At today's crazy prices you may think you are paying for a .308 and get a 5.56. Since you've waited this long, you might want to wait until the smoke clears.
