    AR 15 stripper lowers

Not sure if this is the correct thread or not but here we go. I bought two stripped lowers at the end of last year when everyone was stockpiling. A frontier arms and an Anderson. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago I was moving to a new place and didn't have my gun safe moved yet, so I took everything to my moms house where my first gunsafe is still sitting. I threw all my guns in there, and threw my ammo cans loaded with mags and ammo in the garage . (This was all temporary). My mom gets the house fumigated, and while the tent is over the house some low lifes sneak in and start stealing. They didn't take much since she removed all of her belongings. What they did take was all of my ammunition, my m4 mags/g19 mags/plate carrier from work, and apparently I forgot I left my two stripped lowers in the Ammo cans while transporting so they stole those too. So now that those two lowers are gone what are my options as far as building ARs?

Edit: I already own 1 14.5 pinned to 16 M4 style AR. I had plans for the other two. One was going to be an M16A4 clone and the other was going to be some sort of 18 inch rifle.

That sucks. Right now your options are featureless or one of the new compliance devices.

Did you report your lowers were stolen to the police?

First off report them as stolen. But as for your options, they are the same as before since your lowers weren't built up as anything before Dec 31. Which is either featureless or some sort of ARMaglock-type device.

And for other readers, when your house is getting fumigated, camp out in your driveway. I've read lots of burglary stories just like this.

Get those serial numbers into NCIC. Before they're sold.
