Preban market value

I was curious if there is an out of state market for Preban ARs? I thought there were still a couple states where it made a difference. I see there are a bunch on GB but it doesn't seem like they command a premium over postban models. Wondering if it makes sense to sell my raw to fund other projects?

Maybe check Gunbroker and see what your model is going for? GB gets looked at from all over the US.

Check over on AR15.com, it seems pre ban lowers are selling to guys in Connecticut in the $800-900 range for built lowers.

Most free states have Preban Semi's that are banned by name here in CA.

All I know is as bad as its getting over here, at least we haven't had a wacked out attorney general stop the sale of them in our state..... yet....

That would be a lower that was made before a particular state/federal ban was enacted. For instance, I have two pre ban AR lowers both were made prior to the 1994 Klinton "assault weapon" ban. One is a Colt and the other is a PWA.

Both are banned by name in Commiefornia, but can be freely traded or sold in free states.
