What can I do about this? The magazine catch will only thread a couple of times in order for the button to protrude from the receiver. It's a DPMS pattern. If I tighten it all the way the mag release button sits flush. my magazine catch is too short. help me out (Going featureless by the way). Any ideas on what I can do to fix this problem, any solutions?

Are you sure it's for a .308? Looks like it's for an AR-15.Comment

Isn't the M5 lower a .308?
The Extended Magazine Catch Button is a drop in replacement for the standard lower receiver magazine catch button. This extended button is longer, allowing it to protrude the proper distance when used with the M5 Lower Receiver.sigpic
