I have a problem. I need to turn my CZ Scorpion Carbine into a "featureless" rifle so I don't need to register it. I've already got a grip fin for the rifle, but my problem is the stock. The stock was already pin'd so that I can't fold it, but it still does adjust for the length of pull. Is there a way I can fix this so it doesn't adjust for the length of pull? Or is there another option so I can have a fixed stock instead of one that adjusts? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
