    Indoor Rifle Range

Does anyone know of any indoor ranges in Santa Clara County which allows rifle rounds such as .223 and 5.56?

All the indoor ranges I know of only allow pistol calibers or rifles in .22 LR

    What's wrong with outdoor?

Metcalf is in Morgan Hill, only 15-20mins away from SJ. I venture out there once or twice a week.

typically, indoor ranges are short though... not 100 yds like a regular range
"It is currently CA legal to modify a double-action revolver into a single-action revolver and modify a single-action revolver into a double-action revolver.

CA DOJ BOF stance on modifying handguns only applies to dimensionally compliant bolt-action single-shot pistols and dimensionally compliant break-open single-shot pistols.

Buy a Hahn bottom loading 9mm magazine adapter and a 9mm upper/bolt setup. Watch people look at you funny when you pull out an AR.

Anyplace near Fruitvale is apparently a range. They are open weekend nights.
