Mean Arms Loader (fixed magazine)

The tool allows ammo to be loaded into a fixed magazine from a stripper clip, and pretty darn quickly too. The stripper clips look to be approximately magazine-sized, so carrying them instead of magazines doesn't seem like much extra trouble.

I have been thinking that something like this was possible but I don't have the knowledge or equipment to make it.
