    fixed mag

    if you have a fixed 10 round mag on a cmmg lower , is every thing else ok , to do
    "I will not buy ammo from the private ammo sellers,it only encourages them to keep buying ,and reselling the ammo they bought from WAL-MART at 2-3 times what they bought it for"!

    NO. (there are many NO NOs..... <16" barrels, M203s etc...)

    Go read the FAQ! (understand what is legal and what is NOT)


    If you can't understand that, then, maybe the CA-legal-AR(OLL, off-list-lower) is NOT for you.

      If by 'everything else', you mean the 'evil feature' list that CA specifically says you can't have on drop-mag rifles, then yes.

      If your version of 'everything else' differs, then perhaps not.

        my m4

        i have 16" barrel with a 11 degre target crown an a fales flash hider ,no bayonet lug , fixed mag release button with the allenhead screw, 10 round mag, pistol grip . and a M4 collapesable stock ? Is that by the law ok.

          Perfectly cool.

          You could use a REAL flash hider if you want with that setup.

          And bayonet lugs are not controlled / "evil" features in CA. They've been a non-issue since 2004.

            Should be ok as long as the definition of "fixed mag" stays the same. BTW, what is a "fales flash hider"?

              the flash suppresor is set back almost flush (.100-.150) to the crown of the barrel . thanks guys for the help
