Bought a mag tactical gen4 stripped lower help!

I'm in the Bay Area I picked it up @ 2 pm on 12/31/16. I've done a lot of research but does anybody know anything about these lowers? Has there been any problems that I need to know about?? ( since magtac are out of business)

Build a dedicated .22 AR.... avoid mortaring unnecessarily.

I've wanted to try one to see if the weight savings is worth it. If you don't want it, maybe a trade? I have a Forged lower I'll trade you for it.
