Madhouse Design Compensator - Featureless GTG?

Ok so I am looking into making my rifle featureless, and I know that I am not allowed to have my flash hider, however I don't want just a thread protector, so I found a compensator I dig. So i just wanted to garner your opinions as to if it is GTG or not. Any comments are appreciated.

CA law depends on what the manufacturer says it does.

I am not seeing flash suppression in their marketing so you should be gtg.

That is only part of it.

The proposed regulations by the DOJ say a flash hider is any muzzle device that reduces flash by any perceptible amount. That would actually cover a lot of brakes/comps if the regs get approval even without the manufacturer claiming any flash reduction.

Subjective much. This is why the whole set of regulations should be shot down. How is it measured? What kind of ambient light? Define perceptible?

                          Who wrote that $#|+?

I know it's not the only factor but a good way to look at it is if there are any prongs coming off the end of the break that's a good sign that it's a flash suppressor as well as a break

The thing about these compensators/brakes is that the manu's can make all sorts of claims about them whether or not they are grounded in any kind of empirical testing.

That Mad House compensator looks interesting but none of the claims are verifiable until someone tests it.
