Featureless stock options for precision AR10

I am still on the fence whether to register my Larue PredatOBR 7.62/308 or to keep it featureless.

Is the Magpul PRS considered featureless? Seems to be in the grey area since it is NOT a collapsible stock but the butt pad allows for adjustments. What are your options?
