New Chinese Para SKS on Gunbooards for 250 shipped

Someone buy this before I do lol.

I haven't seen many in this condition and price recently. Many seem to be missing bayonets. And he says this one is new. And yes, the 20 round mag is illegal, but he's willing to fix the 10 rounder back in for sale here.

Yes, a Chinese SKS is legal.

All SKSs are legal in California with the following exceptions...

        1.) detachable mags.
2.) greater than 10 round fixed mags
3.) grenade launchers (Yugo 59/66 is so equipped...thus the California-legal 59/66s are bubba'd with a muzzle brake which prevents you from shooting those readily available grenades ()

Awesome. I hope you get it. I was this close *holding thumb and forefinger a few millimeters aparts in front of screen* to buying it.

Make sure that seller fixes the 10 round mag back in before sending it to your FFL.

I've read that the paras can be less accurate than the others...but don't know first hand. Of course, the Yugos aren't chrome-lined and the Chinese are. And the 16 inch barrel is nice.

Maybe someone who's shot both knows.

Also, from what I've heard paras were never Chinese military issue...they were done stateside. Still pretty cool though. I want one.

One of my friends bought one of them SKS paratroopers (Norinco) a long time ago. As I recall, it kicked hard, loud muzzle blast, and was woefully inaccurate. All in all, a neat novelty but not very useful.

You don't have to cut off or somehow weld the GL??? Does the muzzle brake have to be welded?
