Cross compatibility with "blast forwarding devices"

    Hey experts,

Id like to get a list going of ALL blast shield devices, what they mount with, and if any are cross compatible.

Especially useful: are compatible with suppressor mounts?

Lantac BMD - only on Lantac Dragon?
    MI AR15 Blast Diverter - 1 piece?
Ferfrans CQB - only on Ferfrans brake?
    Guntec Blast Diverter/shield compensator
    Griffin Armament CQB blast shield
    Kineti-Tech Concussion/Redirector Sleeve

Any Blast shield gurus out there?

I'm aware of the "universal" BFD by Indian Creek, but I'm looking for options that don't require an additional lock device to be installed behind the muzzle device.

    Thanks!!

I just wrote an article on this for trgriq and as long as the diameter of the muzzle device doesn't exceed 1", the BFD will work with it.

here is the article if you want to check it out. Its a great product. I wish they would sell the adapter sepreately so I could have one blast shield for multiple rifles. It is very nice to have at the range.

Oh, um, well, I kinda already said I'm aware of the BFD; I'm looking for something that is compatible with existing mounts on actual muzzle devices (like an AAC suppressor mount).

        But thanks anyway!

          They do.

Shown in Raw for visibility- Purchase an additional MOUNT for your BFD so that you may put a mount on each of your rifles and use 1 universal BFD Tube to "rule them all!" The mount is available in hard anodized black or in Raw Aluminum. All ICD parts are 100% Made in the U.S.A.

The Keneti-tech brake has a removable sound sleeve on threads. Those threads fit other stuff. Probably some suppressors will thread it, a truck oil filter also will.

The Ferfrans CQB shroud will not fit on anything else, it locks around the flats for the wrench on the brake and needs to slide over them for the right fitment.

The CQB brake works very well though. If anything, less felt recoil on my 16" vs my 14.5" with a welded on PWS556. The shroud essentially makes it feel like you have no brake at all on. Its a nice courtesy thing at the range for anyone shooting next to you, otherwise it adds a significant amount of weight.
