Out of state FFL middle man help

What are my best options? I need to convert a rifle to featureless before it's sent. The flash hider needs to be removed and the stock needs a kydex grip or needs to be removed as well.

If you arent trying to get it here by the deadline, the transfer dealer is much more likely to work with you.
You think you know, but you have no idea.

Yeah I don't plan on registering this gun.

Best bet is getting the seller to do it due to the time constraints.

I'm not registering it. I'm going featureless. the idea of one of these gun getting destroyed if god forbid something happened to me is horrible. It's a Bwest SVD. I don't think many got imported and won't be anytime soon.

I had a very good experience with New Frontier Armory in North Las Vegas, NV. They specialize in CA-compliance.

I used them about 3 years ago. Everything went smoothly, and the price was good.
