I would not bet on any PSA order placed at this time getting shipped to your FFL in time to start DROS before the 21st.

So I made purchase on nov23 just got tracking # that said it would be ready for dros dec 9 , don't think you have enough time

I have a spare PSA PA-10 complete lower In case anybody is interested in building a 308.
It started off as a striped lower. I added a PSA lower parts kit, a PSA stock kit and a bullet button.
I want $380 for it and that's about what I have into it.
I'm in OC and preferred FFL is OC Firearms-Costa Mesa or Turners-FV. PM me if interested.
