The Volquartsen Evolution in 223 or 204 looks quite a bit like a target model Ruger 10/22 and even takes down, cleans up quite a bit like one. If you're looking for a "non-evil" semi that uses AR magazines I think its one of the best. It doesn't take PMags or some other plastic mags though.

I googled Volquartsen Evolution in 223 and it costs $3675. WHAT?!?!

Kel-Tec SU16. Mine is a current production B model with 1/7 twist barrel. Very accurate...

They usually go for around $2,500.00. If someone's asking over $3,500.00 - good luck to them. I've had one for about 10 years, paid well under $2K for it.
