Which Featureless Rear End?

Alright I never do these threads but since I'm stuck with now going featureless I need the help of the featureless brethren.

I have nailed down my two choices for to the following (yes a poll will be added)

a. Thordson FRS-15.
Pro - Has a legal stance (at least a letter). Looks Ok to me. Cost is reasonable.
Con - Not sure yet



b. Magpul fixed MOE Carbine Stock. Magpul MIAD Grip. Exile Machine Back Fin for MIAD
Pro - Std Stock and similar grip. Magpul made.
Con - Not sure yet



I know there are many other options out there but I think these two are what I'm looking for input on. Especially anyone that has used both.

For reference I'm converting a DD V5 with Aim Point Pro and DDV7 with a Nikon .223 Scope

Any and all opinions will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I could but for the $30 or so I would just get the fixed stock to eliminate some LEO messing with my lever

Hera arms is supposed to be releasing the CQR soon which will be another option. It's a thumbhole stock but they are making a removable block to cover the thumbhole.

Yup, I'm eyeballing that too. LANWORLD has yet to receive their first samples. I'm trying to get one

I know it's currently not for sale, but FlightLite keeps saying it's coming back.

That's the best featureless setup IMO.

I have all the above options ready to go.
Thorson, Magpul MOE Fixed Carbine, and bacon.
But make mine peppered please.
The hardest part for me was deciding what muzzle device to buy and install.
Going to miss the Smith Vortex's sprong.

Imho, can't go wrong with a FRS-15 or an Exile Machine Hammerhead with the pinned stock of your choice

IMO:
FRS15 is the most comfortable option... but kinda long and heavy if you like to square up, even just wearing a tshirt. Replacing the rubber buttpad with the $3 hard plastic option helps with both of those.

Hammerhead is next. It's less comfortable, but lighter and lets you run the gun shorter. I'd recommend either buying a Thordsen receiver end plate (with rounded edges) or radiusing the edge yourself, it'll draw blood on my thumb if I don't wear gloves.

Grip fins are last. Yes, they look the closest to a normal AR, but I find they offer less control. Your results may vary, though.

I haven't tried the Exile Headbutt yet.
