What lower for RR Predator pursuit upper

Hey guys,

Looking to buy a coyote gun and have settled on a rock river predator pursuit 20. I have never bought a gun in the state of CA and just found out that RR lowers are on the no no list here. So i need to buy the upper and put a lower on it. Do you guys have any suggestions for a nice CA legal lower that fits good with RR uppers to make this a tack driver? Thanks in advance!

If your upper is a mil-spec AR type, probably any mil-spec lower that you can find at a local shop will do.
