So I want to build a m16a1 clone with rollmarks and everything, i got a guy engraving a lower for me. Question is with the new laws what would I have to add, because I already plan for it having a serial number, but do i have to add my name/ and or location... If I do, where could I put it so it will not distract or feel out of place from the m16 engravings

Yes, you have to put your name and the city where it was manufactured. I think a discrete location would be the front of the magwell
