LMT Questions

new guy here...

Just purchased an LMT 14.5 upper and wanted to find a lower with a matched finish...(non-LMT of course)...

It has a sort of dull/matte finish vs painted black.


All of the LMT lowers I have seen online are complete "no bullet-button." How can I get one shipped to CA?

Why non-LMT?

You order it, have it shipped to your FFL, pay the fees and DROS.

Just find an FFL who knows the law and knows they're OK. Where are you?

I know ten percent firearms had some in stock earlier this month. I highly doubt he even has anymore but sure he will get more soon.

Just look around and call! Calling is better, sometimes they have some and not listed on website!! thats how i found mine during xmas time!!

I was told by the guys at J and J Armory that you cannot buy stripped LMT lowers. True?

Yes True, LMT lowers are only sold as complete lowers, but thats even better, now you have everything LMT and a good product! I got my LMT DEFENDER 2000 from Dennys Guns!! Great guy.

I found an FFL who would take the LMT lower...thanks uclaplinker...

I spoke to a few companies and they would not ship the complete lower to CA for some reason...regardless if the CA FFL is willing to accept it...
