I'm shocked no ones mentioned it.
I had never heard of it. I read a lot of really positives on Midway USA product page, and also found this really bad review.

That might be so, but I've primarily used single stage style triggers in most of the rifles I've shot for most of my life. I know a lot of really good shooters prefer the stacking/wall thing from a 2 stage trigger for precision, but I've never myself felt it was an advantage or disadvantage for me. It did help me take my LW profile rifle from just under 2 MOA with with XM193 to just over an inch with 5 shot groups at 100 yards. So not exactly a shabby improvement for bench paper punching.

I use my AR 15 for hunting, target shooting, and home defense. So I chose the S3G as the best all around trigger for me, not necessarily the best in any single category.

Delta Elite Tactical has a sale going on right now for an adjustable AR trigger. Unfortunately, it is an unbranded. So, if anyone recognizes it, let us know.

          RRA Match 2 Stage Trigger

I have one in my 20" HBAR AR and love it....

Rock River Arms, Inc. offers a complete line of American made, custom built AR15 style rifles.

Worth full price, but watch for sales, I picked up for ~75$....

Haven't tried any of the triggers op mentioned but, I have a Geissele g2S and its an excellent 2 stage trigger within your price range.

For the price and quality the G2S is right up your alley.

But with that being said, save your money and invest in a Geissele. Wait until Black Friday/Cyber Monday and pounce on their annual sale. Primary Arms usually has them on sale at the same time and occasionally throughout the year. Worth every penny.

I'm not doubting his experiences, and perhaps he got a lemon out of the batch, but one would think a more professional review would not be using a sub-$20 trigger pull gauge that only goes up to 8 lbs, with a plastic frame and measurements read from a paper tape slapped onto the frame. Even some Amazon reviews point out how inconsistent the trigger gauge is that he used. So, one might take the review, specifically his measurements, with a grain of salt.

What is the cheapest SSA-E ever get? I would like to try one and I can wait. PSA has a package (at full trigger price) with full LPK with MOE which is tempting but LPK and MOE could also be on sale.
