Anyone know of a Gunsmith who can do a Barrel swap in the Bay Area?

I'll even settle for someone who knows how to do it. I'll gladly pay for your time + beers.

Is the barrel nut proprietary and do you have the wrench if so? Im not up there but that would be good info.
