MOE Carbine $1995 - $1325 = $670.... for that you get the Noveske N4 Basic upper + a MOE stock + a MOE handguard...

as i understand there are only 800 of them and only a small number of those are available for sale due to an insurance issue.

I'd like a Magpul Lower but I'd never pay more than $300. There are many more guns I can buy for $3500, and I'd be as Happy or Happier.
