It's in appeal (Sylvester V. Harris), the order to get rid of the 10-day wait is on hold indefinitely

LOL. 7.62x39 is cheap to shoot, but going "pew pew" is definitely cheaper.

It's a 13.5" aluminum free floating keymod rail...but I can't for the life of me remember what brand. I will try to track it down for you
