    Bayonets?

Just wondering, are there any legal implications if I were to attach an M9 bayonet to an AR-15 in California? Or in any other state for that matter?

In CA, bayonet lugs and bayonets are not a restricted feature on any firearm.

If you are close enough to stick him, you are close enough to shoot him.

the bayonet ban never passed, probably due to a marked decrease in driveby bayonettings. bb isn't necessary, featureless can have a bayonet as well. bayonet isn't an "evil feature", just a fashion accessory.

WHAT???????? This is simply not true. The ONLY restrictions on bayonets are the ones at certain ranges. But, there is NO LAW currently on the books that, in any way, regulates what type of firearm can have a bayonet attached to it.

Spears? Well, from what I've seen Spears can be exempt from the laws. Or, at least she thinks she is above the law.

and not a dirk/dagger unless you are concealing it under your trench coat.

In any type of fight, & especially gun fights, there are no winners ..... just varying degrees of losers. The only fight you win is the one you never get into.

So, what would the laws be in regards to Spears under a trench coat?
