Does anyone know if attaching an A4 removable carry handle on the bottom rail would cause any issues. It doesn't seem to, to me, but I would like a consensus.

I'd be cautious with that one. DOJ base their determination on how the manufacturer describes it

I don't see that anywhere in the description? It is marketed as a compensator and says nowhere that it reduces muzzle flash, unless there was something I missed?

It's not a grip and you wouldnt hold it as a grip.
