There are some posts that I have read, make me wonder who the real person is. Especially when they ask stupid questions about guns and want details. Such as " I have a ar, how do I make it shoot faster." That kind offer question should not be answered or commented on. Just delete and bar them from this site for ever.

Great Idea Man , censorship .... No thanks ... say what you want to say , if it brings the heat on you its our own fault .... I still dont see how anyone can consider complying to any of these unconstitutional laws passed by a communist government .... They did us wrong , cheating to pass these why shouldn't we return the same and ignore them ... This isnt just about guns ... Its about a Ka Liberal run government gone rogue and communist ... As I mentioned elsewhere I met Saturday with CRPA representatives and NRA legal counsel and while we were there for something else one thing that came up was all the discussion about how to get around the new laws.

This is a matter of serious concern because the fight is not over nor is the legislature's chances to outlaw whatever ideas are developed.

Remember, the legislative session is NOT over.
This means that there is ample time, a couple of months at least, to gut and amend another bill and pass even more restrictive laws that ban the currently proposed 'fixes'.

We saw how quickly these bills were pushed through and how willing our 'representative' are to ignore policy, procedure and even law to further their agenda.
Does anyone really think they aren't watching and wouldn't do it again?

Remember, this is a public forum and even limiting it to Calguns members is not 'security' as anyone can register an account.

For those who were here back in the day you might remember the OLL Forum.
Something like that might be a reality for this but the logistics have become much larger and more involved by an order of magnitude.

In the mean time remember we are being watched and remember they can still pass laws to block or ban any new ideas THIS YEAR.

These times not being ordinary, I wonder if we can rule out a special session. Article 4, section 3 of the CA Constitution:

SEC. 3.


(a) The Legislature shall convene in regular session at noon on the first Monday in December of each even-numbered year and each house shall immediately organize. Each session of the Legislature shall adjourn sine die by operation of the Constitution at midnight on November 30 of the following even-numbered year.

(b) On extraordinary occasions the Governor by proclamation may cause the Legislature to assemble in special session. When so assembled it has power to legislate only on subjects specified in the proclamation but may provide for expenses and other matters incidental to the session.

Kalifornia is going to ban all semi-auto weapons anyway, then will be the bolt-action then the pump-action, etc... until we all have muzzle loaders again. I wouldn't worry about it, it's just a matter of time.
