    AW transportation rules

Shortly all my AR's will become AW. I'm concerned about AW transportation rules which are not as crystal clear as one might expect. Currently I transport my AR unloaded to places of lawfull use in a soft zippered rifle case that has padlocks on the zippers in the trunk of my car (ie a locked container). If I transport them in a locked soft gun bag in the cargo section of an SUV, does the locked gun case constitute a locked container? If I remove the locked gun bag from the vehicle on private property that allows guns ( gun range, BLM designated land) am I still complying with the AW transportation laws? If I take an AW out of state for lawful use, am I allowed to bring it back in?

who knows. maybe they flag you at every checkpoint for having a scary assault weapon. Maybe they put you in a special category of citizen for that scary mass murder machine that was just a sporter yesterday. Maybe in the future of POLITICALLY CORRECT AMURICA, they put you on a registry, like a sex offender. Maybe they make your day to day such a hassle, you relinquish your ASSAULT WEAPONS. Lots of maybes mr blade gunner... lots of maybes... I do not think anyone will know the details these new amendments will entail. All speculation for now.

BEAUTIFUL porsche in your pic by the way, very clean.
A normal scenario in PC MURICA 2019

Registered AW owner: "Hello neighbor! Im going to be moving in soon next door, but as a registered ASSAULT WEAPON owner, Im required by law to notify my neighbors and get signatures before my family and I can move in..."

Would be Neighbor: "....." *SLAMS DOOR*

I'll look for the PDF of transporting AWs

Locking case is a mandatory item

Also limits on where you can shoot them...
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
      (thanks to Jeff Cooper)
