    Wildey Carbine........

Trying to figure out if I can buy one or not.....

I know the pistols aren't on the list, and the rifle conversions for Glock's and 1911's are a no-no. So since you can remove the stock, that might be a problem.

    Wildey carbine

Have we come to a definitive conclusion on whether we can purchase a Wildey carbine in California?

As the attributes of the Wildey carbine appear to qualify it as a rifle, I think there is a good argument we in CA should be able to purchase it.

I don't see why not, as long as it had a mag lock, it looks extremely awkward and uncomfortable though

The conversion uppers for glock and 1911 are NOT illegal, and would be better imo, as they just look way more comfortable to hold...just remember once you make a 1911 or glock a rifle, it must stay a rifle here in CA, and must have a mag lock unless made featureless

Because it is a semi-auto centerfire rifle with a pistol grip, it needs a maglock + 10 or less round magazine to be CA legal.
