The 855-SBR-SALT number from their website is no longer in service.
Their Facebook page also seems to be down.
Wonder if Byron is okay--maybe a family emergency or something? Or just overwhelmed with demand?
Not really sure what the deal is. Just from reading the threads/posts, it seems like Byron/Saltworks was great to work with; made great products; responded in a timely manner (from 2-3 years ago..?). Now? Seems like communications have been shut down and lots of people waiting/wondering. I noticed on the website it states, "due to unprecedented demand, items requiring Cerakote may take an additional 21 to 28 business days to process."
So, I'm guessing maybe he's just trying to get these products finished/shipped out. I would like to think/suggest that maybe he ought to consider just putting a freeze on current orders so that he can fulfill the orders that have been placed who knows how long ago...?
I don't know--I have an issue myself that needs to be resolved--but, I'm tempted to just bite the bullet and go elsewhere.
