Since you built two 80s and one is working perfectly I bet your timing is fine..

5/7 chance the little green spring between your trigger and disconnector is on backwards.. The bigger side of the spring goes into the trigger

concerning this guys trigger issue...I had a AR type rifle that would double fire and dump 3 to 4 rounds at times..came to be the hammer and disconnector were out of spec parts..gun show specials...once I replaced them with quality parts I never had the problem again. SO..likely like said already..your spring may be in wrong..or you could have even used the wrong spring from the BHO..I have seen that done before..or you may have out of spec FCG parts. I would first take it apart and check the springs position and dry fire it and do a function test about 15 times..charge it..pull trigger..keep trigger back..charge again..let trigger go..should make a loud clunk sound..repeat..then if it lets the hammer go..replace the FCG with another..then see what happens..

Don't let these comedians discourage you. I had a similar problem. My solution was to file down the front of the disconnector. It was causing my timing to be slightly off. Take a small file to it a little at a time until the double fire goes away. Hope this helps.
