looking for a specific upper

Hey guys, I'm looking for a specific upper configuration. What im looking for is a 16" chrome lined barrel in a 1 in 8 twist rate with a A3 reciever. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would be great!

I think this is the closest you're going to get w/out building it yourself, but then again, what do I know......
