I am hoping other bullet button options come to market soon though.

Didn't see it on their site, do you have a link?

Go to Tavor, accessories, there is a ca legal and standard piece that serves as the bullet button for the Tavor. Its eems that this is the part the x95 is covering with that large bracket. I'm going to call IWI and find out. Due to shipping delays I wond get to see for myself on my own X95 on Saturday. Iv got to wait until mid week.

That is for the Tavor not the X95 Tavor. The release is on the X95 is twice as large as the one on the original Tavor.

Got to play with mine OD X95 before it went into DROS. I was able to pull the trigger pack, BCG and piston. Put them in my original Tavor and they do work. There are some differences though. The X95 has a slightly shorter (~1/3") recoil/return spring and slightly shorter slot cut in the piston rod. The Recoil/return spring feels noticeably (IMO) lighter than the original Tavor's when racking/chambering in the original Tavor rifle.

I have to wonder if the issues reported online with inconstant accuracy of the X95 as compared to the original Tavor has something to do with the lower lock up forces produced by the X95 recoil/return spring?

I will have to test this theory more fully on a longer range. WEGC the week of June 7th - 10th sounds like a good week.

Just picked it up. Don't know when I can get time off enough to shoot it but glad it's home.

I'm still waiting to DROS mine. It's been 4 days and Ammo Bros Ontario is still "Processing" my rifle after it shipped in.

There was a Radlock booth at Turners shooting event in Corona. They showed me an prototype bully button that disables the mag release aup front nd allows you to release the mag under the left ejection port. No bulky heavy metal parts needed. It will be ready in about a month.

                        Very cool!

It looks so tiny in my safe next to my AR's.

The included flip up iron sights are very cool, but I will be adding an Aim Point.

Try the mro in the tavor. It's lighter so it won't change the balance as much.

I'm picking up an MRO myself. I imagine that the higher mount would be best on the X95 or Tavor.

I got ODG X95 inbound, Riflegears Tx is shipping it to the OC store. Should take a week until I can DROS. It's a bit of a panic buy, but needed a Bullpup in the safe to round out the stable! (I'm worried about current legislation as usual) I've been wanting Tavor for a few years, the x95 upgrades really sold me on it! I hope I don't hate it based on its poor accuracy, I'm expecting minute of man out to 200-300 yrds. Should be fun albeit expensive range toy, probably train with it also!

I heard that the new handguard might have more points of contact with the barrel than the previous model. If you're a stickler for free-float barrels you might want to check that out too.
