I went to Cordova shooting center yesterday. Was paying for my range fee. When the employee said ca doj banned cordova from selling scar17. Is scars banned in ca

I had an LGS tell me that I couldn't pick up a stripped lower I had shipped to them, because it didn't have a bullet button. I pointed to their display case full of stripped lowers with no bullet buttons, and asked how they sell those. He said they require the buyers to buy a bullet button with them. I pointed out that since it is merely a lower, and not a "centerfire rifle", it doesn't need a BB. Finally the store manager came over and set him straight. Point is, gun store employees generally don't know anything about gun laws.

Cordova had the best prices for scar17 in sac. Got mines for $2800 plus tax and dros last yr 2015

Get a double barreled shotgun. If a whale comes near you, just point it and fire two blasts. You don't need an S-C-A-R. It's harder to aim, it's harder to use, and you don't need 20 rounds to kill a whale!
