    Rifle Values

I was cleaning out m Dad's safe over the holidays and we decided to sell duplicates / stuff we don't need from his large collection of firearms. I'm in the process of looking up values for firearms..but some of it's hard to find stuff. I figure I'll use the funds to purchase new toys. Here's a list of photos and what we've got; can you help me assign some values?

    Rifles

Remington 700 in 220 Swift in Excellent / New condition with Burris Sig 6x24x
(Thinking about keeping this one, or selling it for a Remington 700 in .308)

Ruger M-14 Ranch Rifle in .223 in Good Condition (Thinking about keeping this guy)

    Remington 700 in 22-250 in Excellent/New Condition with Leupold VX-III 6.5x20 Scope

    Remington 700 in 22-250 in Excellent/New Condition

Ruger No1 in 7mm in New Condition

Those are some nice rifles. Wish I had some cash for one of the Remington 700's.

I think the Ranch Rifile is Ruger, not Remington.

To determine the approximate values try looking at auctions that have closed. That will give you an idea of what people have been willing to pay for each rifle.

The 700 in .220 swift is worthless. Piece of junk. I'll give you $50 just to to help you out in clearing the safe...

Look at the closed auctions to see what people are really paying....not what folks are asking. Lots of stuff on GB is overpriced and doesn't sell.

I had a hell of a time selling my 1968 made Ruger #1 in 7 Rem Mag - as in sat around for months at $550.00, had a Burris 6 to 18X on it. Finally sold it at Reno gun show for $500.00.

Check the value in one of these?
