It is a 3 hole lower. The top lower is full auto capable.

There are a lot of lowers that show the select fire option, Spikes Tactical being one of them, and they're still semi-auto only.

Again look at the hole over the word fire on the lower. That is the f/a sear location. That hole in itself makes it a f/a lower by the ATF.

Markings have zero to do with whether or not the lower is a Title II weapon. The 4th hole, directly above the selector, makes it one, whether or nor a pin and/or an auto or 3-round burst sear is installed.

ok yeah, I was not counting the selector as a hole, just the pin holes. Three pin lower would be more correct.
