can i build a 10/30????

ok i used the search button didnt find anything is it legal to buy all the parts including the body to build a 30 rnd mag and turn it into a 10 /30 if so can someone point me in the right direction thanks in advance for all the help with my noob questions

Yes, it is perfectly legal. You must permanently modify the mag so that it cannot be returned to it's prior normal capacity.
