    BCM trigger?

I was wondering if anyone here has experience with the BCM trigger?
It will be going into a personally owned duty rifle so I do not want an exotic trigger.

Our PNT (polished nickel teflon) AR15 trigger assemblies are wear-resistant and last a lifetime while performing far beyond established requirements.

    Don't own one. Don't know.

It looks like quality parts, but besides the nickel plating it's probably just a plain ol' polished mil-spec trigger. I doubt you'd gain much over polishing contact surfaces yourself besides the obvious corrosion resistance of the plating. The difference probably isn't perceptible.

Perhaps look into the ALG triggers. Ive read good things about them and a friend uses them. They feel pretty good and about same price.

I have used both. The BCM is just as good, if not better than the ALG ACT.

I can't be honest about the BCM TRIGGER because I've never used it, but I can vouch for the ALG trigger. I installed and ALG with the Joe Bob Outfitters trigger adjusting screw. Then I put some JP Yellow Springs in it and the trigger has a crisp break with very very little creek and is just fantastic for the price. I spent a total of $79 on the whole setup and it would rival a lot of single stage drop in units for the cheaper ones

Knowing BCM, it's going to be a fantastic product.

I'll be buying their complete LPK for my next AR15 build.
We in Bangor, Maine now baby.

Interesting setup. Didn't know about that trigger adjusting screw. How do you like the adjusting screw and JP spring setup?

I have this setup in a budget build that I built a little while back. I have an AR gold trigger in my fancy or build that was a no expense spared setup. I love the adjustment screw and you can really fine tune it because it's got a really fine pitch thread. I think for the money the only thing that would be a step above this would be going with a Rock River Arms two stage varmint trigger. Somebody borrowed and never returned my trigger pull gauge so I can't give you an honest answer on the actual pull weight but I would bet it's right around the three and a half pound range

I've got a BCM build with the PNT trigger in it. It's heavy but relatively clean and crisp. I'm my opinion, I'd say that the ALG Defense options are better but I'm overall very happy with the BCM trigger.

If you need a duty gun get a JP rifle. Their triggers are very good and factory installed. If your rifle is ever taken as evidence JP will send you another rifle at no cost until yours is returned.

That is an awesome guarantee that JP has but I am content with my Daniel Defense
