Need CA friendly FFL in NV

I need to find an FFL in NV that will preform a transfer service similar to Freakshow mfg. I purchased an AK47 an gunbroker and the seller refuses to ship it to CA or Freakshow. He agreed to ship to an FFL in NV only for some reason. Anyone got any good ideas or friends in NV that could help me out (legally obviously).

Any other place? I called Henderson Defense and they are not going to do any transfers till after the 1st of the year.

The seller can't wait another week and a half to ship it (plus shipping time) to get it to HD? Or ask HD if it's OK to ship to to them now, and to process the transfer at the beginning of Jan. I don't think there are any other vendors in NV that will help you.

I plan on doing the same thing, Gun Broker/Guns America purchase through Freakshow. Im curious why he wont go through Freakshow?

why, because you are willing to work with CA residents and ship us firearms in a compliant manner, and make some money while doing so? Aren't allowing them to "punish" us for not voting "those guys" out of office?

Have they actually complained to you personally?

I know I got jumped on for mentioning using a middleman like yourself on a different forum as a way for a CA-resident to get a sideplate from a manufacturer that had a "no Ca sales" policy. You'd think I pissed in his cornflakes with the response I got from that.

Not in NV but see if they will deal with CWS in Texas, Chris at LANWorld in Utah, or Aloha River at EvilBlackRifleShop.com in Colorado.

Yep. People keep calling what guys like you do a "straw purchase." How dense can one get? Straw purchase applies to unlicensed individuals. A dealer, by definition, is in the business of buying and selling. Thanks for doing this. There are sellers who still won't ship to a third party FFL if they know that the gun will end up in CA.

I'm not in Nevada right now, but I'd call Glen Parshall at Bargain Pawn and see if he'll do it. He's the guy I have guns shipped to.
