Which flashlight is pictured here?

I'm curious as to what the model is, as well as why one would place a light without a tape switch on the right side of the carbine. Wouldn't the push-button be a lot easier to engage if it were closer to the support thumb?

Just looks like your usual surefire weapon light that was commonly issued in several branches (M952?)

Some of us quit using the tape switches cause they couldn't stand the abuse they had gone through.

What if he's left handed? I sometimes shoot left handed on left side cover....it looks like he might be using his left eye to look thru the acog.

They have incandescent bulbs though.
