So i have a converted saiga that im further converting and i was going to send it to an out of state FFL. He is a well known builder and well known gunsmith, and as i said, IS an FFL.
The saiga is in my posession and has been for months. I have two questions, and i think the answers yes to both, but just want to make sure:
1. Can i send the gun directly to him?
2. Can he send it back to my house directly?
