I heard about the hearing protection act. I realize that it is a federal thing but does anyone think that this could help us here in CA? Of all the NFA items, a can is the thing that I want the most. It is entirely speculation, but what are the odds that CA citizens would be able to get suppressors and keep/use them out of state? I would start making a lot more trips to Nevada if I had a can/place to shoot a can.
