    Norinco 320 Model B Sporter 9mm

I have looked at the flow chart many times and I do not see this listed. http://www.calguns.net/caawid/flowchart.pdf So please help me out here. Is it or is it not considered an AW

Pistol Grip/thumbhole stock = AW. Unless it has a bullet button/mag lock. Also make sure that the OAL length > 30 inches and barrel > 16

If it has a folding stock it must be fixed to as that is also an AW feature. Double check the overall length, CA is at 26" overall if I recall.

minimum overall length is 30" for semi-auto centerfire rifles.

NO- overall length in CA is 30".

I believe an Uzi with folding stock falls under that- just rn a wood stock with bullet button- they feel better anyways. The folder SUCKS.

I almost bought a Norinco 320 back before the AW ban. I could never bring myself to do it- it feels like crap next to my uncle's '89 registered UZI model B

Best advice- buy a Vector Uzi. Thank me later.

Thanks for all of the replies. No I'm not buying one, I built a 9mm AR that I'm perfectly happy with, I was just wanting to know, and yes they are a piece of crap compared to the real thing.....lol......Thank You all again.

Really? I thought the Norincos had a pretty good reputation. I know the M14s are sought after.
Check back later for a witty comment.

Do you know how many USA made part is needed to be 922R compliant. I read its 5 at UZItalk or 4 at a gun forum. I bought a Norinco but it has a fixed folding stock and my middleman FFL can't transfer it due to that it has no USA made parts.
