    anderson lower compared to others.

Seriously please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm still new to the game and trying to find out if I came to the correct conclusion. Are anderson lowers less expensive than other stripped lowers because they are only marked .223/556? Its the only difference that i see between the anderson lowers and say spikes.

I've noticed that the roll pins go in way easier on my Anderson lower versus my stay and aero precision lowers.

The 2 anderson lowers I bought seem to not have the greatest finish. My S&W has a better finish. That is what I have noticed with mine.

IMO, if we're comparing Brand A 6061 vs. Brand B 6061 or Brand A 7075 vs. Brand B 7075 (all mil spec); functionally speaking, they're all the same.

At the end of the day, you're paying for the logo/branding/finish/slop/design.

I bought one yesterday. The finish isn't great, but I know a great anodizer.

Finish sucks, rollmark looks like a Colt ripoff

about right for a $40 lower.

The bevel in the mag well makes all the difference. After that the internals have to be the same. They have to receive all of the parts that any others receive.

Mine is perfect. I had it matched to an Anderson lightweight upper and the fit is perfect. I recommend you match them if you can, it's worth it.

No problem with the one I own. Yeah the finish isn't the best but if you oil it up it looks normal.

Finish is rough, i bought one during the panic, and thought it was a blem, the newers ones ive bought since, 7 of them have gotten even more rough. But they work, ive built 3 or 4 andersons and so has my friend, never had a hitch during the building process.
