Chrome moly refers to the composition of the barrel steel. Chrome lining is an inner plating to increase durability.

Would the "chrome" be nicasil, which is the "chrome" used on engine bores?

Cool beans. AR10 match upper on the way. Bummer its a chromoly barrel instead of stainless. Hope the accuracy is there. If not, I'll burn it up trying.

is it just me? I cant add items to the cart. It says call to order on the items I want.

Call them probably means all the available stock on hand is depleted and you'll have to call them to backorder the goods which will ship out as soon as they have them in stock again. The other reasoning I think they're doing "Call to order" is to slow down the amount of orders coming in to a rate they can actually process without sacrificing customer service satisfaction.

If you really want the item, just call them and place the order.

Any idea how to get AR-10 LPK & stock?
As ArmaLite has its annual Inventory Shutdown starting Monday December 15th
and we can not order them through website (it says "CALL")

I got the usual Armalite email about shipping in the next 48 hours within 8 hours of ordering, but my order from 12/10 does not have a tracking number associated with it yet.

Not really out of the ordinary for them though. My last orders of LPKs, and assorted parts took them about a week to ship. I'm sure the sale of AR10 uppers now (when everyone else is out of stock) has added some delays to their shipping times.
