Good to hear. That was the issue on a couple of my newer gen 3 pmags and had to do the same

Are you using the retainers to keep the pressure off of the lips while leaving them loaded? If not the lips will spread due to the pressure. Here's the part next to a magazine http://www.loesshillstactical.com/Sh...3/Default.aspx

I have been stocking up on HK Polymer mags lately. I originally went to the HK mags because some of the PMags were having issues in SCARs and HK rifles, and the HK mags work fine. Since I have been using them I really like them. Something you might want to look at.

Lancer Warfighter mags. Polymer body with steel feed lips and steel spine where the Pmags tend to split when dropped loaded. Also steel at the Catch retention area. They're the best mags I've used other than the high dollar HK metals.

Yes, that mag has Hornady TAP which is my duty ammo.
