ok i have a stripped lower and im assembling it right now i think i might have the trigger assembly spring and the bolt catch spring backwards or somenthing they are both the coil with the long straight legs please help

Umm, you cant put the bolt catch spring backwards. You put it in the hole, put the detent on top of that, and install the bolt catch.

sorry i meant the hammer and the trigger springs you know the the two real long ones does anyone have a pic of their assembled lower looking from the top down inside. seems like i didnt do somenthing right

Take them off and put them on correctly. No biggie.
