I have the MIAD with the trigger gaurd extension, it makes it easier to shoot with gloves or larger fingers.

I have the MIAD with the trigger gaurd extension, it makes it easier to shoot with gloves or larger fingers.

My problem was the bump that goes between the index and middle finger on the front of the grip. After two days of 150+ rounds my finger was getting sore and raw at the middle knuckle on my middle finger. The MIAD allowed me to change out that front strap and avoid that bump all together.
