i have the M1A standard which is what i want so i could play with adding everything to it over time. after ARMS scope mount, springfield scope, CG&G bipod, and best of all the JAE-100 stock it kills 6in targets at 1000 yards
There are few problems in life that cannot be solved with the proper application of enough explosives

I have the Scout, wood stock with an ARMS scope mount. Use a 1X to 4X scope with illuminated dot reticle and medium height Leopold PRM (I think those are the initials) steel mounts. I have about 30 hi caps caps left over from previous M1A endeavors.

I love the Smith hooded GLFS and the Vortex muzzle brake. Yes it is shorter than with the standard muzzle brake. The Vortex one shortens it like 2 inches.
