Does anyone know of any gunsmiths in N. California, South Bay area that can install a bullet guide on my Vepr?

Just an fyi. GFT quoted me 2 hours labor (at $35 per hour) to do a bullet guide install.
As far as I can tell, this is a half hour job at best.
I took a 1911 to Gunfighter for cerakote, & I was incredibly happy with the price, and workmanship. But I'm going to pass on the guide install thru them.
$70 to install a $15 part is ridiculous.

30 minutes better include waxing your gun too. it is literally install gun in a vise, drill a hole, tap a hole, screw in.
